This package is for the bride and groom who would like to plan everything on their own, but understands the importance of a professional coordinator to handle the final details to ensure their carefully planned vision is executed smoothly and successfully. We will give you peace of mind and allow you to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.

*One (1) in-person meeting (if needed)
*Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract
*Monthly e-mail check-ins to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track
*30 Day prior & 2 Weeks prior to event date, follow up with all vendors, making sure contracts are signed and payment has been made, timelines and contact information are distributed
*Accept any and all items for event from couple (i.e. favors, guestbook, special ceremony kits, programs, pictures, wedding attire-steamed, pressed and ready to be delivered when you arrive in town, etc.)
WEDDING DAY
*Complete wedding day coordination from set-up to tear down; Set-up of all ceremony décor not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. guestbook, unity candles, programs, pictures, favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort and place card, gifts, table design, disposable cameras, etc.)
*Check in with the couple first thing in the morning of the event date
*Manage the flow and timing of the entire day
*Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors
*Use of extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. Well be ready and available to solve any unexpected situation or emergencies
*Greet vendors and oversee set-up of ceremony & reception areas to make sure all commitments are fulfilled

CEREMONY

Candy Stations can also add to the beauty of the decor and serve as the wedding favors as well! Soiree Key West can set up the station with colored candies to match your theme, add cookies, brownies, etc. whatever sweets you desire. By putting small bags or boxes at the station table, guests can fill them with the candies of their choice to take home and eat later.
For Special Events like birthdays and anniversaries, a candy station can turn the tables on the normal treat bags and birthday cake! We can set up a cake station with several types and flavors or have the cake precut for easy serving! We can include all of your themed favors on the bar in cute jars for the taking!

Nika was AMAZING!! My husband and I got married at the Hyatt on August 13, 2011. We are from New York, so it was a bit stressful trying to plan a wedding from so far away, so we decided to hire Nika. Hiring Nika was the best decision we could have made. She let us ship so much stuff to her, and she also did a great job steaming my gown. She listened and understood my vision. My biggest fear was walking into the reception room and it looking bad (because I am a control freak) but it looked BEAUTIFUL!!! She understood what I wanted and made it happen! Also, she provided us with our officiant who was perfect. We had to make a lot of decisions on the fly, and thankfully, with Nika's expertise and guidance, it all came together wonderfully. I can't wait to go back to Key West for our anniversary!

Regardless of some of the drama we encountered, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding.
